Hi, I’m MARIA.

I am a certified MindBody Coach using somatics and nervous system regulation to invite clients towards transforming stuck patterns, reconnecting to their purpose and joy, and claiming their inherent right to wholeness, aliveness, harmony, and healing.

I am also trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), a method used to help clients with chronic pain and symptoms. My passion and purpose lie in helping others discover their truest, most authentic and vibrant versions of themselves.

I found mind-body work back in 2022 when I reached my rock bottom. After a “mild” Covid infection, I developed symptoms of Long Covid that were debilitating and led me to quit my full-time job, cancel a big trip abroad, and pull myself out of a graduate program. My life and everything that I had planned for myself came to an abrupt halt. During this time I also went through a distressing breakup and made the tough decision to give up alcohol. My life as I knew it burned to the ground. I was stripped bare. But the crumbling of my world led to an entire rebuilding of my life. And for that I am truly grateful. When Western medicine failed me, I decided to look for answers in other places. Nervous system regulation and somatic tools didn’t help me get my life back (they did me one better). They allowed me to build a life for myself that I hadn’t even dreamed of imagining before. I realized that so many of my old coping mechanisms had contributed to me becoming ill. I learned how to recognize my unhelpful patterns, replace them with new ones, connect to my body’s innate intuition and ability to heal, and live a more conscious, aligned and joyous life.


My Approach

I help clients understand the relationship between their mind and body by looking at how stress, fear, nervous system dysregulation, emotional suppression, and unhealthy coping mechanisms are holding them back. I help clients reclaim their life, their joy, their health, and themselves. Together we will embark on a journey of coming back to yourself using somatic tools, visualization, brain-retraining, exploration of beliefs, mindset, emotional release, and other mindfulness practices.
