WHAT Is MIND BODY COACHING

MindBody coaching is an approach to transformation in which our actions align with what we care about, even under pressure. It’s a client-centered process that empowers individuals to develop and move towards their goals. 

This style of coaching allows you to access your deepest longings by tuning into physical sensations, addressing obstacles and resistance, transforming old unhelpful patterns, building self-compassion, and courageously going for your wildest dreams.

This coaching modality asks, what do you care about? What do you long for? What life do you want?

What To Expect

I use a combination of techniques including: Somatics, nervous system regulation, visualization, interoception, exteroception, proprioception, movement, breath work, emotional exploration and release, stress release and management, and exploration of beliefs, resilience, conditioned tendencies, sites of shaping, goals, and embodied practices. We become what we practice, and we’re always practicing something - are our practices aligned with our longing?

In our sessions, we will focus on sensing, feeling, and noticing instead of just intellectualizing. We will practice sitting and being with what you’re feeling, building your capacity to be present with and tolerate a wide arrange of sensation inside yourself. 

Expect to feel seen, heard, held, and also challenged. Though there is dialogue in MindBody coaching, I will often ask you to pause and notice what you are aware of in your own body as we speak. This approach allows us to reconnect to the language and wisdom of the body and out of internal conversations and story-telling.
